Sea Express I  emerged from NSL #5 Dry Dock on September 09, 2006 around the time the Honda Power Boat Race commenced. Carl Lawrenson captured SEI as she stemmed the tide close to the race awaiting SSC2 to clear Prince's Landing Stage prior to berthing.  SE1 later departed for Douglas where she arrived at approximately 18:00.

You are not seeing things if you notice a large yellow "?" visible on the former Cammell Laird construction hall. This is one of the exhibits in the 2006 Liverpool Biennial Arts Festival!
