The replica top sail schooner
AMISTAD arrives on the Mersey on a wet summers evening -
August 18, 2007. She was built at the Mystic Seaport Museum
Connecticut using traditional materials between 1998 and 2000. The
ship is on a 14,000 mile tour visiting the UK, Lisbon, West Africa
and the Caribbean during 2007. |
