Established by IOM Harbour
commissioners in 1832, the lighthouse designed by David and Thomas
Stevenson passed to the Northern Lighthouse Board in 1857. The
24 metre tower carries a light with an elevation of 32 metres. The
light has a range of 24 miles. |
