SuperSeaCat Two - Shape of Autumn Weekends to Come?

Photographs © John H. Luxton  & Ian Collard 2005

An early autumnal blow disrupted SSC2 sailings on Saturday, October 01, 2005. She departed Douglas at 07:34 over half an hour late. She finally berthed at Liverpool just after 11:00 after being held up on the river by SEA EXPRESS 1 who had aborted her sailing to Dublin due to adverse conditions and had returned to the stage to discharge.

Adsteam's tug CANADA was summoned to push against the bucking link span pontoon. Vehicle discharge did not commence until around 11:30

CANADA assisted SSC2's departure pulling her off the stage at 12:30 - two hours late.
