The UK Border Agency Cutter HMC SEEKER rests at Canning Half Tide Dock on the evening of Monday September 12, 2011. Her visit to Merseyside coinciding with the Mersey River Festival which had been held between September 08 and September 15. She was constructed by the Damen Shipyard in the Netherlands in 2001.
