MERSEY MAMMOTH visited Dublin on February 20,2007 to lift out the old #3 link span situated on the South Wall. She is seen at the Marine Terminals Ltd berths removing the #3 ramp to provide more berthing space for larger ships that are expected. This ramp was the one used briefly by Sea Containers / Steam Packet company during 1999 / 2000 when they operated from a temporary terminal on the south side of the Liffey.
