Following the installation of the foot bridge on April 23, 2007 - the Ravestein SKYLINE BARGE 15 was positioned at Liverpool Pier Head on the Afertnoon of April 24. The barge had been brought down from Langton Lock by Smit Tugs GLADSTONE & TRAFALGAR.

It was followed up river by MERSEY MAMMOTH. These photographs were taken between 15:53 and 17:25 at approximately the time when the first leg of the SKYLINE BARGE 15 was lowered by MERSEY MAMMOTH. It would appear that the metal pier is but a temporary support for the passenger bridge, until the barge is in place.
