Monday 25 May 2009, at 06.30 ISLAND SKY (ex- RENAISSANCE EIGHT) arrives in Douglas Bay and collects the pilot. She is chartered to Noble Caledonia, owned by Island Sky Ltd and managed by International Shipping Miami.
After picking up the pilot she sweept past Douglas Head to moor on the outside of Victoria Pier, astern of MANANNAN. BEN-MY-CHREE can be seen having recently arrived from Heysham while, out of sight. SNAEFELL is on the other linkspan preparing to depart for Liverpool.
