The removal by Adsteam tugs of the damaged southern section of the Prince's Landing Stage on the afternoon of January 27, 2005. The section had taken on water and partially submerged after the severe weather earlier in the month. Movement of the stage commenced around 16:08 when MD&HC engineers cut through the final connection with the rest of the stage.

GLADSTONE and BRAMLEY MOORE stood by as the section was taken down river to Langton Lock, also accompanied by the Mersey Inshore Rescue boat.
